Vacuum oil filters

For the treatment of hydraulic oil, turbine oil and lubricating oil that has fallen out of specification. Under vacuum, dissolved water and dissolved gas leave the fluid instead of staying in it — which is also what makes it the right tool for rapid dewatering of very high-viscosity fluids, where ordinary filtration is simply too slow.

Fire-resistant oil purification

Super-clean purification units for fire-resistant fluids

Fire-resistant hydraulic fluids are hygroscopic, chemically aggressive and expensive. This unit removes water and particulate at a very fine grade and strips the acidic species that would otherwise attack seals, hoses and the fluid itself — keeping the system safe to run.

Polymer dehydration

Polymer dehydration units

Designed for aviation kerosene, diesel and other light fuels, and for low-viscosity hydraulic, turbine and turbine oils. It strips particulate, other pollutants and water — the workhorse for oil depots, fuel stations and the plants that run on their fuel.

Automatic sludge discharge

Automatic sludge removal

Vertical centrifugal filtration combined with a scraper discharge mechanism. The point is continuity and dryness: it filters without consumable media and discharges a markedly drier sludge, which is what actually cuts the disposal bill.

Stacked-element fine filters

Stacked cartridge fine filters

Keeps the oil already in the system clean and dry. Removes particulate, water, acids and degradation products continuously, and does it either online alongside running equipment or offline during a shutdown. Suited to tanks from 20 litres to 200 000 litres.

Mobile ultra-clean units

Mobile ultra-clean lubrication oil purification units

Ultra-fine filtration and online fluid monitoring in a single trolley-mounted skid. Built for the jobs a fixed machine cannot do: commissioning a new sump, a turnaround campaign, or a one-off clean-up across several machines.

Centrifugal oil purifiers

The workhorse for heavy duty. Built for industrial gear oil, oil-film bearing oil and turbine oil, where viscosity is high and ordinary filters give up. The current platform is the upgraded M series, in economy, durable and high-efficiency variants, plus an explosion-proof build for hazardous areas.
